I began my weaving journey with hand towels, scarves, blankets, placemats, coasters, and napkins in 2009. I started with a 4 shaft floor loom, and progressed to an 8 shaft floor loom.
Eventually, I decided I loved the heft and weight of a heavy textile and I began my adventure into rug weaving using Harrisville Rug Looms. I weave my rugs with a shaft switching device which gives me the opportunity to create endless different designs and reversible patterns.
Now you can find me weaving from my home studios in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I find inspiration from the changing of the seasons and the gorgeous colors of nature outside my studio windows. Red Hill and the loons calling on their beautiful lake motivate me with timeless beauty.
Weaving has become my passion and my outlet for creativity and expression.
